Goal

1. Empower youth through leadership and business skills using a hands-on approach to learn important life skills in a real world setting.
2. Encourage and assist youth to apply business skills in real life by establishing business opportunities through venture capital loans.
3. Help strengthen youth's family economic stability.
4. Develop a network of business owners to become mentors who will provide real work experience, coach youth business planning teams, and provide on going support to youth entrepreneurs.
5. To develop a network of community partnerships to help sustain the 'T-TEEM' program.
